Very simply the 4 faith experiences are:
- Plunge = dive into Christianity, into the Trinity and the love of the Church, start to renew your mind etc (focus: John-Acts-Romans)
- Refine = look seriously into your life, turn towards God-honouring, faith through actions (1 John-James-1Peter)
- Ignite = look into gifting, callings, seek God and seek the wise counsel of friends to grow in obedience (Galatians-Ephesians-Philippians-Colossians)
- Explode = invest a month of life - wages and time - to impact your community with the love of Christ (Mark)
Basically they are faith experience based courses which you can do as a small group (4-10) for 30 days as you go about your daily life. Its aim is to build fundamental principles, challenge people with simple tests of faith, and open their eyes to new experiences (or ancient ones they have never thought of before).
The terms “Faith Experiences” mean that there are challenges to your faith (non-destructive) and experiences means there is action, you don't just sit around reading scriptures or singing kumbaya, but you actually engage with your God, your community and your world.
